Belleson offers online sales of audio products. The products available for purchase on the site are accurately described, with illustrative photographs and descriptions detailed. However, there may be slight variations between the physical product and the images provided.

    • Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
    • Proceed to checkout, requested providing the information.
    • Accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. Your order is only accepted after this email is sent.

4. Prices and Payments

  1. Prices: All prices shown on the site are expressed in US dollars($). The amount will be converted to your local currency by the financial service company through which your payment is made, using exchange rates current at the time of purchase.
  2. Accepted payment methods:

  3. Security: All transactions are encrypted. Belleson does not store credit card nor account numbers at our site.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Return and Refund Policy

  1. Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without to having to have any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal:
    • Send an email to [contact email] you are specifying the order number and the products to be returned.
    • Return the products in the same condition in were they received, with the original packaging.
  2. Return shipping costs: otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. Refund: Once we receive the product and verify its integrity, we will process the refund within 14 days.

7. Warranty

Products have a specific warranty based on product type. See the warranty information tab on each product description page.

8. The Limitation of Liability

Belleson.com is not liable for:

  1. Any damage resulting from improper use of the purchased products.
  2. Delays or impossibility of delivery due to force majeure (e.g. strikes, weather events).
  3. Website malfunctions

By using Belleson Superpower regulators, you agree that SPLV, SPHV, SPX, SPHP and all Belleson products that have no output protection a short circuit of the output to ground can damage or destroy the regulator. all devices are tested prior to shipment and damaged devices will not be replaced.

You also agree that use, misuse or misapplication of Belleson products may cause damage to associated equipment and you as user of the product(s) accept all responsibility for all consequences of use or application of Belleson product(s) and will not hold Belleson responsible for any equipment damage nor personal injury as a result of use or attempted use of Belleson products.

Belleson products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. as used herein:

Life support devices or systems are devices or systems which

(a) are intended for surgical implant into the body, or
(b) support or sustain life, and whose failure to perform when properly used in accordance with instructions for use provided in the labeling, can be reasonably expected to result in a significant injury to the user.

9. The Processing of Personal Data

We (Belleson LLC) do not store payment data (e.g. credit card numbers) at our site. We rely on payment processors such as Paypal and Square to take care of all that.

We save necessary name, email, and address information in our system to process your order and correspond with you. That data are not used for any other purpose, not sold nor disclosed in any way to any other entity, person or company. Period.

Belleson saves only necessary cookies on your browser with your order information. For example, a cookie is required to store the fact that you do not want cookies stored. You can delete cookies via your browser at any time.

We may occasionally send you an email with information about new products or possibly useful technical info. We are way too busy having fun in the lab to send a lot of marketing emails, and you can opt out of receiving them.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the site. We encourage you to check this page regularly.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws of SC and/or USA. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts of Greenville County South Carolina, USA.
